This machine can make PE(LDPE)(HDPE) arc-shaped bags and PVC shrink film bag for other usage. It adopts step motor, micro-computer and the digital controller to change bag length easily, save labor, and material. The waste material can be sliced automatically. It ensures the bag quality and improves competitiveness. The uncolored bags can be made in double lines. It is equipped with the device which can collect and send the end products in stack. It is equipped with photocell to track the printed bag.
This machine is suitable for thermal cutting and bag making of printed and non-printed plastic films such as BOPP,OPP and PE,etc. It is an ideal equipment for making sock bag,towel bag,bread bag and ornaments bag, etc.The machine adopts micro-computer to control and stepper motor to draw material(servo motor control system can be selected) It fixes length randomly with step length photocell tracking accurately and steady. When losing the aimed label, the machine will stop automatically. It also has device for fixing two-sided sticky tape automatically,
auto-puncher and auto-counter. The lace is sealed thermally in regulated temperature to make the bag firm and flat.

This machine is heat sealing and heat cutting bag making machine, which is suitable for printing and non-printing HDPE/LDPE rolling bag making. The material of bag is HDPE, LDPE.
